This short-lived (2-4 years) perennial in the mint family grows to 1 metre tall with wide, fuzzy leaves. While the plant is a stimulant for cats, it is a sedative for humans. It makes great relaxing night time tea. This attractive plant is drought tolerant and deer resistant.
