What a show stopper!! Bred by Oregon State University’s agricultural program to maximize antioxidant levels this modern open-pollinated introduction is the first truly purple-coloured tomato. In our original 2013 field trial some fruit were so dark they were actually black! A durable fruit that ripens well off the vine. Semi-determinate.

Seed of the Month!
Green Tomatillo
These plants grow in a bush to 50 cm tall, producing a heavy crop of 6-8 cm pale green fruit with papery husks and tangy lemon flavour. The key ingredient in Mexican green salsa, they can also be enjoyed in salads and omelettes or preserved for winter use.
