Its vibrant colour holds well when cooked, making it an eye-catching addition to a wide range of dishes. How to Grow and Harvest Purple Haida Potato

• Planting: Cut seed potatoes into pieces with at least one eye and plant 10–15 cm deep, spaced 30 cm apart
