About Salad Mix
This vibrant and flavourful blend is a celebration of greens at every stage of the growing season. Our Salad Mix includes a colourful assortment of lettuces, arugula, spinach, mustards, chard, kale, and edible flowers—carefully chosen to offer a balance of textures, colours, and tastes. Designed for successive sowing and cut-and-come-again harvests, it ensures a continuous supply of fresh salad from early spring through late autumn.

Where Can You Grow Salad Mix?
Grows best in Zones 3–9 in fertile, well-drained soil with regular moisture. Plant in garden beds, raised beds, or containers in full to partial sun. An excellent choice for small-space and urban gardens.

History and Historical Uses
Leafy greens have been grown for centuries as a cornerstone of seasonal diets. This mix draws on heirloom and modern varieties traditionally used in early spring and fall gardens, valued for their nutrition, fast growth, and adaptability. Edible flowers add visual appeal and historical flair to modern dishes.
